Refund Policy for the Services

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide the best service possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Refunds will only be considered if requested before the commencement of the service. Once the work has begun, the service is deemed to be in use, and refunds will not be provided.

2. To request a refund, customers must contact us via email under dashprotogen@gmail.com and provide relevant details regarding their purchase.

3. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3 days of the refund request approval.

5. Any costs incurred by the service provider prior to the refund request, such as administrative fees or materials, may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refunds will be issued via Gumroad, the platform through which the original purchase was made, unless otherwise agreed upon.
